Developed through 18 years of experience with some of the world’s largest private sector and international development organisations and programmes, Gaiasoft’s real-time M&E capability improves speed of learning across large portfolios and value for money from programme investments.
Gaiasoft’s platforms deliver real-time reporting to all stakeholders enabling Managing for Development Results, Results-based Management, Public Service Delivery and Public Service Reform. Gaiasoft’s real-time M&E capability makes it quick and easy to configure and automate all of the M&E and reporting requirements of complex multi-stakeholder programmes. They are suitable for global, regional, national and city M&E and programme management. M&E processes are defined through a systematic process creating an evidence base for programme management and organizational learning.
The platform automates the collection, aggregation, analysis and reporting of projects, programmes and portfolios against objectives, logframe, theory of change, etc. A single M&E system can be simply configured to report against multiple frameworks and interests such as the SDGs, Africa’s Agenda 2063, Green Climate Fund, 100 Resilient Cities and various resilience frameworks. Recommendations and improvement actions can also be recorded, tracked and reported through the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle. Configurable tools capture quantitative and qualitative results together with evidence and commentary. Gender-disaggregated reporting can be built into indicators where required.
Programme evidence and learning goals are designed in from the start and configured into the platform. The platform can be easily modified and improved based on experience.
